About Dasha

I’m Dasha — the ‘Wife’ behind My Wife Cooks Me Dinner, a London & Lisbon-based catering service built around the joy of feeding people and reimagining family rituals through a queer, generous lens.

Trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine and certified in Nutrition and Health (TQUK Level 2), my cooking is abundant, eclectic, and rooted in Middle Eastern flavours and seasonal ingredients. Think mezze platters, slow-cooked brisket, chilli oils, and the kind of dinners that feel casual yet intentional, generous but never fussy. My pantry is always overflowing of homemade condiments that turn weekday meals into little moments of magic.

For me, food has always been about more than recipes. It’s about bringing people together, creating connection, and turning ordinary moments into occasions. Whether you’re booking a brand event or a private dinner, expect warmth, wit, a little chaos, and the occasional dramatic claim about béchamel (it’s excellent, don’t worry).

  • house talent - brand event

    ‘Dasha catered our very first (and second) events for our Digital Talent Agency and we’ve already booked her for two upcoming events in 2026!

    The first, a ‘Lunch & Learn’ for 20 people - Talent and Brands, where feedback following the event focused more on the food than the learnings! Dasha took the lead in guiding us on what to feed our hungry group and curated an (incredibly) instagrammable lunch (perfect for a marketing agency!!). We had pretty veg plates, abundant salads, mediterranian skewers and curated bites.

    Our second event was slightly different - a creative networking event at Amie Wine Studio, Pimlico where she curated a canape menu complete with copywriting that matched the ethos of our event. Clever, creative & thoughtful - Dasha even made ‘take away’ bags of indulgent chocolate cookies for attendees which was a lovely touch.

    I’d recommend booking Dasha. She ensures the process is fun (and stress-free) and ensures the guests are well fed and the hosts are happy.’

    ‘We hosted an influencer drinks and dinner event for our sparkling wine brand, and My Wife Cooks Me Dinner absolutely exceeded every expectation.

    From the very first call, Dasha took the time to really understand our tastes and brand personality then built a completely bespoke menu around that. She even created curated tasting notes and suggested cocktails featuring our sparkling wine, which turned out to be the perfect welcome drinks.

    The evening began with a selection of beautifully presented canapés that paired perfectly with the cocktails which were light, vibrant, and bursting with flavour. Dinner followed with a three-course menu that felt fresh and summery, each dish complementing our wine.

    Beyond the food, Dasha brought warmth, creativity, and professionalism that made the whole evening feel seamless. Every detail was thoughtful, from presentation to pacing. Our guests were genuinely impressed, and the event felt elevated yet intimate which was exactly what we’d hoped for.

    Couldn’t recommend My Wife Cooks Me Dinner more highly for anyone wanting a tailored, flavour-driven dining experience.’
