Frequently asked questions.

Do you cater for both private and brand events?

Yes! I work across both — from intimate dinners and parties to brand activations, launches and retreats. Each menu is designed to fit the mood, story, and people at the table.

Where are you based?

I split my time between London and Lisbon, and cater in both cities (and occasionally beyond). Travel fees may apply depending on distance, but I’ll always be transparent about costs upfront.

Do you offer bespoke menus?

Always. Every menu is tailored — I’ll ask a few questions about the event, your guests, and any key flavours or ingredients you love. From there, we’ll build something that feels personal and true to the occasion.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. I regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests. Please flag any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking so I can plan the menu accordingly.

Note: While I take every precaution, food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens.

What kind of food do you make?

Food that feels generous without being fussy. Think bold flavours, seasonal produce, and plenty of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influence — dishes that are beautiful, flavour-forward, and designed to be shared. Every menu is tailored to the occasion, so I’ll create dishes that suit your event and the people you’re feeding.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 2-3 weeks for private dinners, and longer for large events or brand activations. I sometimes take last-minute bookings if my schedule allows, so it’s always worth reaching out.

What’s your pricing like?

Pricing varies depending on the menu, size of the event, and location. Once I know a few details (guest count, style of service, etc.), I’ll send a clear quote with no surprises.

Do you provide staff, tableware, or styling?

Yes — I can handle everything from menu design and prep to setup, hosting, and tidy-down. Additional staff, styling, or tableware hire can be arranged as needed.

Can you cook in my home kitchen?

Most of the time, yes! I just need basic kitchen access (hob, oven, counter space). For larger events, I can arrange to prep off-site and finish dishes on location.

Do you travel for catering?

Within reason, yes. I’m open to travel for special events, particularly within the UK, Portugal, and parts of Europe — just include the location in your enquiry.
