HOUSE TALENT - LUNCH AND LEARN

  • THE BRIEF

House Talent approached me to create a Lunch & Learn experience that brought their talent and brand partners together in a way that felt warm, intentional, and true to their name. The goal was to move away from a formal, static format and instead host something that encouraged relaxed conversation, alike being welcomed into a home than attending an industry event.

  • The Approach

We selected a venue with a distinctly homely feel, centred around an open-plan kitchen and shared living space. This allowed food to exist as part of the environment.

While the Lunch & Learn session took place, I prepared the food quietly in the background, allowing the focus to remain on discussion and exchange. Once the session concluded, the space transitioned naturally into a shared meal, with everything already set for service.

The menu was designed to reflect House Talent’s brand values, while drawing on seasonal spring ingredients. Dishes were served family-style, reinforcing the sense of togetherness and informality.

  • The Result

The final experience felt cohesive and considered: a seamless shift from learning to dining, where food acted as a connector.

The open kitchen, home-like setting, and communal service softened the dynamic between talent and brands, creating an atmosphere that felt relaxed and inclusive which aligned with House Talent’s ethos.

  • REVIEW

‘Dasha catered our very first (and second) events for our Digital Talent Agency and we’ve already booked her for two upcoming events in 2026!

The first, a ‘Lunch & Learn’ for 20 people - Talent and Brands, where feedback following the event focused more on the food than the learnings! Dasha took the lead in guiding us on what to feed our hungry group and curated an (incredibly) instagrammable lunch (perfect for a marketing agency!!). We had pretty veg plates, abundant salads, mediterranian skewers and curated bites.

Our second event was slightly different - a creative networking event at Amie Wine Studio, Pimlico where she curated a canape menu complete with copywriting that matched the ethos of our event. Clever, creative & thoughtful - Dasha even made ‘take away’ bags of indulgent chocolate cookies for attendees which was a lovely touch.

I’d recommend booking Dasha. She ensures the process is fun (and stress-free) and ensures the guests are well fed and the hosts are happy.’
